Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ontour.app and the ONTOUR application (the "Service"), operated by ONTOUR from Ontario, Canada. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
ONTOUR lets you search artists and venues and view aggregated live-performance history enriched with estimated audience capacity. The fan search experience is free; other modules may be offered in beta or as paid tiers.
Accounts and acceptable use
You sign in using Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to abuse the Service, circumvent rate limits or usage limits, scrape or resell data, or use the Service in violation of our data providers' terms or applicable law.
Data accuracy and "as is" disclaimer
Concert and venue data is sourced from setlist.fm, Wikidata and other third parties. We make no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness or freshness. Estimated attendance figures are computed from venue capacity and must not be relied on as ticket-sale evidence. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONTOUR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Intellectual property
ONTOUR and its logos, design and software are owned by ONTOUR. Underlying concert and venue data remains subject to the rights and licences of the respective third-party sources. These Terms grant you no rights in ONTOUR's marks or content beyond using the Service as intended.
Suspension and termination
We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms or our API providers' terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
